Returns Policy
Extended Christmas Returns
Any products purchased between 1st December 2011 and 24th December 2011 for a Christmas gift can be returned or exchanged until the 15th January 2012.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any non bespoke item purchased from Glasses Corp for a full refund.

In line with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return and cancel your order for any item purchased from GlassesCorp for a full refund.
Order returns must be made in 7 days from receipt of the goods quoting the original order No.

If you are not happy with your purchase, all items have to be returned in their original condition and packaging with 14 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are not refundable unless faulty). A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection or an exchange will be sent as agreed.
Returns will only be accepted with the returns form available on the website.
All goods remain the buyers responsibility until it reaches Glasses Corp.
For your own protection we recommend that you return goods using a delivery services that insures you for the value of the goods and requires a signature to confirm delivery.
The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility

All returns must be sent in a suitable cardboard box & not a jiffy bag
Faulty Item
If the product you receive is faulty please use the returns forms stating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. You have 7 days to return goods.
