Order Placement
When placing an order with Glasses Corp, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions below.
The terms and conditions of Glasses Corp are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Glasses Corp operates within the UK and therefore the EU and all the terms and conditions fall with UK and EU law. We are happy to supply any goods outside of this region but no non UK or EU law will be applied to any of these transactions.
Glasses Corp accept that a contract will exist once an order has been placed, processed and despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The availability of goods and the prices are correct when viewed but GlassesCorp reserve the right to change without any prior notification.
Your Right to Cancel
Payments
All of our card transaction are dealt with by Sagepay secure on line banking system. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Electron. We advertise all the products in pound stirling. Should any products be ordered from outside of the UK Glasses Corp will in no way be held responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the product has reached the destination country and none the duties will be applicable for refund.
UK Delivery
We will endeavour to despatch all sunglass orders within 24hours (stock permitting) and all prescription glasses within 1-5 Working days (stock permitting), Free delivery will be sent by second class Royal Mail to be signed for (2-4 Days), should any guaranteed delivery be required this needs to be chosen at the time of order and to be paid for accordingly. Delivery times are estimated that we will try to adhere to but cannot guarantee.
Goods
Description of the goods are contained within the website, we cannot be held responsible for any minor variations in colour or specification due to manufacturing.
Prescriptions
The prescription that is to be entered should be within 2 years of an eye examination, carried out by a registered Medical Practitioner or Registered Ophthalmic Optician.
All prescription orders are made to order and are non refundable unless faulty.
The prescription glasses will be made to the prescription entered on the order.
If you are unsure of any information on your prescription then either consult you practitioner or ring our help line before placing the order.
You will be asked to enter your PD (pupillary distance) should this not be entered we will use an appropriate average PD to complete your order. By agreeing the terms and conditions you will be agreeing to allow an average PD of 63 where no other PD has been specified. We advise that before ordering you consult your practitioner to obtain your PD, especially where the lens powers are +/-3.00, and use this when ordering.
We cannot supply any spectacles to anyone under the age of 18 or to any person who may be supplying a person under 18. We cannot accept orders form any person registered blind or partially sighted.
Glasses Corp endeavour at all times to keep the website accurate and up to date, however, we do not give any warranty to the accuracy and will not be held liable for any omissions or errors arising from the sue of the information.
By using this website we cannot guarantee that it will be without interruption or error free. We cannot be held liable for loss or corruption of any material in transit or any downloaded material or data onto any computer system. We will not be responsible for any websites accessed via Glasses Corp. Glasses Corp cannot be held for any content of these website, we do not endorse or affiliate to any of the link websites they are merely there as a service for our users.
Glasses Corp entire liability under or in connection with any contract for any products to which the conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products.
Glasses Corp will not be liable or in breach of the contract of any delay in performing or any failure to perform in relation to the supply of the product if the delay or failure was caused beyond our reasonable control.
Any Person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded.

The contents of the pages of the website are copyright trademark or registered ttrademarks of Glasses Corp and other relevant companies. (Including all pictures designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials). All copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work of part of all of the material available on this website is prohibited.
